No Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

This is a personal care product. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products — even if only partially used.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us at support@pinecrestwellnessco.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right — either a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.
